FAQs
Common questions
How long does sports rehab take?
It depends on tissue and sport — a grade 1 hamstring may take 3–4 weeks, an ACL reconstruction 9–12 months. Every plan is milestone based, not calendar based.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is required. If imaging or a surgical opinion is needed, we coordinate with orthopaedic colleagues.
"Back on the pitch nine months after my ACL reconstruction, and stronger than before the injury. The testing gave me the confidence to compete without thinking about my knee."
